This Privacy Policy explains how Christina Burnham, doing business as Sunday Interiors (“Sunday Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit www.sundayinteriors.co or contact us about our services.

Information you provide

Our Inquire page form requests your first and last name, email address, phone number, project address, service of interest, and information about your project. Submissions are sent to hello@sundayinteriors.co and stored in Squarespace Contacts. If you contact us by email or another method, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include your preferred timeline, estimated budget, photographs, floor plans, or other project materials.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general website inquiry form.

Information collected through the website

Squarespace hosts our website and provides built-in Analytics. The Activity Log feature is enabled in our current settings and may process visit details such as pages accessed, IP address, general location, referrer, and browser or operating system. Squarespace also uses cookies and similar technologies for site operation and analytics. We do not currently connect Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

The home page displays an Instagram feed connected to our account. When the feed loads or you interact with it, Instagram or its parent company Meta may receive technical information about your browser or device and information about your interaction, subject to their own privacy practices. The site also links to Instagram and Pinterest; if you follow those links, those platforms handle information under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand project needs, assess whether our services may be a fit, communicate with you, maintain business records, operate and protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, form storage, email, communications, and business operations, including Squarespace. The embedded Instagram feed may also involve processing by Instagram or Meta. We do not currently connect Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We will update this policy if our practices change and provide any notices or choices required by law.

We ask your permission before sharing inquiry or project information with contractors, vendors, or other project-related contacts. We identify the intended recipient and purpose when requesting permission. Permission to coordinate a project does not authorize public use of your photographs, plans, or personal details for marketing.

Any marketing permission will be addressed separately.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, the website, or others.

Cookies and your choices

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and support Analytics. In the current prelaunch settings, Activity Log is on, nonessential cookies are unrestricted, and the cookie banner is off; the Instagram feed loads without a cookie-consent prompt.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, maintain business records, operate our services, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, email transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us with questions or requests concerning personal information you have provided, including a request to access, correct, or delete it. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. We may retain some information when required to meet legal obligations or address disputes.

Children’s privacy

The website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate.

Third-party websites

The home page contains an embedded Instagram feed. Instagram or Meta may process information when the feed loads or you interact with it. The site also links to Instagram and Pinterest, and clicking those links takes you to those platforms. Their content and information practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
